Blackout Blinds & Shades

Some experts suggest that sleeping in total darkness not only helps you to feel more refreshed and energetic during the day, but that it might even help to boost your immune system. In addition, blackout blinds and shades are an excellent addition to a home theater room.

When mounting blinds on the inside of the window casing, a little light will seep around the sides of the blinds. To minimize light seepage, order the blinds as an outside mount and add at least 1-1/2” on each side to fully cover the window.
