Change or Cancel an Order

All products are custom fabricated to your specifications and window dimensions. Orders are entered into the factory immediately and therefore no cancellations can be accepted once an order enters production. Production begins within 6 hours to 1 business day from the time you place your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, call our customer service department immediately and we will do our best to adjust your order. If your order has been put into production, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
