Ordering custom blinds has never been easier. Now you can take the worry out of measuring with our PerfectFit™ Guarantee.

In the unlikely case you get a measurement wrong, we will send you a brand new replacement blind free of charge! And best of all, our PerfectFit™ Guarantee is included with your purchase of any blind or shade displaying our PerfectFit™ seal.

BlindSaver will replace up to a maximum of 4 blinds free of charge on incorrectly measured blinds. Simply notify us of any measuring errors within 15 days of receipt of your products. No cash refunds; replacement will be same product, same color.

Why do you need our PerfectFit™ Guarantee?

You probably won't, but in the rare case there is a mistake, now you've got protection. At most other sites and big box stores, any measuring mistake you make you are left paying out of pocket for a new blind.

To submit a PerfectFit™ claim simply e-mail customerservice@blindsaver.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-388-0336 . Please have your order number available.

• Customer is responsible for any price difference, based on current pricing, between old blind and new blind.
• Original blind must be returned back to BlindSaver before new blind is shipped.
• At our sole discretion and as appropriate, BlindSaver may elect to trim existing blind to new size.
• Offer available only on qualifying products displaying PerfectFit™ seal.
• Excludes commercial, dealer and bulk orders.
• Excludes motorized and oversized products. Review shipping page for details on oversized product limits.
• Return shipping is customer responsibility.
• Inside mount products include standard factory deductions. Light gaps on the left and right side are normal and vary based on manufacture recommended specifications.
