1. Why Perfect Fit For You?

Take the worry out of ordering custom blinds online with our PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee. PerfectFit™ For You lets you exchange a blind that doesn’t work for you, whatever the reason- you just pay the difference in cost, if there is one. It's always helpful to see what you’re buying, and computer monitors don’t always show colors accurately, so we recommend ordering samples of your color before you purchase. To order samples please visit our sample order page. We also recommend watching our measuring videos, excellent guides for the do-it-yourselfer.

2. How do I exchange a blind?

Simply let us know within 15 days of receipt of your products, and we will send you a shipping label for your blind. Returns must be received within 30 days. To submit a PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee claim, e-mail customerservice@blindsaver.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-388-0336 and we will get the process started!

3. How many blinds can I exchange?

BlindSaver will replace up to a maximum of 4 blinds free of charge - a 100% exchange. This guarantee covers up to 4 window coverings per household. You may replace each window covering only once.

4. What is covered under the Guarantee?

We cover products marked with our PerfectFit™ For You seal - and that's most products! Motorized blinds, horizontal and vertical sheers, panel track blinds, and shutters are not included along with oversized blinds (blinds and shades over 96" wide and vertical blinds over 96" wide and 96" high). Commercial, dealer and bulk orders are excluded as well as professional installation, reinstallation and measuring services.

5. What is not covered under the PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee?

We only cover products marked with our PerfectFit™ For You seal - and that's most products! Motorized blinds, horizontal and vertical sheers, panel track blinds, and shutters are excluded as well as commercial, dealer and bulk orders. Professional installation, reinstallation and measuring services are not covered.

6. Who covers shipping costs of returning the product?

BlindSaver will cover return shipping costs for all products covered under the guarantee.

7. Can I change the type of product?

You may order a different product or change options, however you must stay within the same brand of product. You must also cover the original window. If there is a difference in price between the old blind and the new blind based on current pricing, you will only pay the difference. If the new blind is less expensive, we do not refund the difference.

Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with an exchange.

If for some reason we are unable to correct the problem we will accept a return and provide you with a full refund of the product price. All returns require prior authorization. Return shipping is customer responsibility unless otherwise covered by the PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee. Shutter orders, dealer and bulk contractor orders are excluded from Satisfaction Guarantee. Professional installation, reinstallation and measuring services are not covered.

Products cannot be returned for refund due to measuring mistakes, or due to dissatisfaction with the color, quality or texture of the material unless you first ordered samples and your product is materially different from the color sample you received. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and process fees are non-refundable.
