1. How do I exchange a blind?
Simply let us know within 15 days of receipt of your products, and we will send you a shipping label for your blind. The exchange must be authorized within 15 days and exchanged within 30 days. To submit a PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee claim, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll-free at 1-877-388-0336 and we will get the process started!
2. How many blinds can I exchange?
BlindSaver will replace up to 4 blinds free of charge - a 100% exchange. If there is a difference in price between the old blind and the new blind based on current pricing, you only pay the difference. If the new blind is less expensive, we do not refund the difference. You must order the same product and cover the original window. This guarantee covers up to 4 window coverings per household. You may replace each window covering once.
3. What is covered under the Guarantee?
We cover products marked with our PerfectFit™ For You seal - and that's most products! Just make sure to contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please note that inside mount products include standard factory deductions. Light gaps on the left and right side are normal and vary based on manufacturer recommended specifications. Most factories have a cutting tolerance of plus or minus 1/8".
4. What is not covered under the PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee?
Motorized blinds, horizontal and vertical sheers, panel track blinds, and shutters are excluded as well as commercial, dealer and bulk orders. Professional installation, reinstallation and measuring services are not covered. Exchange due to dissatisfaction with fabric, color or lift system is not covered under the guarantee.Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with an exchange.
