When you check out your order, you will be asked to agree to our Order and Return Policy as detailed below.
If you selected Inside Mount on your order, the factory will make your blind slightly narrower so that your blind fits within the window opening. Vertical blinds have deductions taken on both width and height. If you selected Outside Mount the factory will neither add nor subtract from your dimensions. Roller shade fabric will be narrower than the hardware on any mount style due to the construction and nature of the product
Fabric and Color
Computer screens do not necessarily portray colors and/or material texture accurately and the color you see on your monitor may not exactly match the actual material. Please order free samples if an exact match is needed.
Change or Cancel an Order
All products are custom fabricated specifically for each customer’s specifications and window dimensions. Custom orders are entered into the factory immediately so unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once an order enters into production. Production begins within 6 to 24 hours from the time an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please call our customer service department immediately and we will do our best to adjust your order.
Problem with an Order
It is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it to make sure there is no shipping damage or manufacturing errors or defects. Please note damage prior to signing for delivery, if applicable. Please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of your order if there are any shortages, shipping damages including concealed damage, and/or products that were not made to your specifications. If you need to make a claim, simply call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-388-0336. Claims made after 7 days may incur charges for repair or replacement of products unless otherwise covered by manufacturer warranty. Please save your shipping carton(s) as BlindSaver.com does not supply shipping materials, cartons, etc. for warranty or non-warranty issues.
Returns & Replacements
It is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it to make sure there is no shipping damage or manufacturing errors or defects. BlindSaver will immediately repair or replace any merchandise that is defective or damaged and provide for the return of the original merchandise if necessary. Additionally, most of our products are covered by our PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee. Our PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee is included with your purchase of any blind or shade displaying our PerfectFit™ For You seal.
If you are missing a part or parts from your order, please contact us and we will order replacement parts immediately. We can also assist you with any warranty issue for products purchased from BlindSaver. If you need a replacement part or have a warranty claim for a product purchased from BlindSaver, please contact Customer Service.
