When you check out your order, you will be asked to agree to our Order and Return Policy as detailed below.
You certify that all of the measurements have been checked for accuracy. Furthermore, the width and height have not been reversed or incorrectly entered. You understand that these measurements will be used to make custom blinds and that those blinds are not returnable due to inaccurate measurements.
On an Inside Mount the factory will make your blind slightly narrower. Please note vertical blinds have deductions taken on both width and height.
On an Outside Mount the factory will neither add nor subtract anything to your dimensions. You should include room for mounting the hardware and sufficiently overlap your window opening. Please note roller shades and horizontal shadings will have fabric deducts even on an outside mount, and some options may affect material widths. If included, valances typically are made wider then ordered width to conceal mounting hardware.
Computer screens do not necessarily portray colors and/or material texture accurately and the color you see on your monitor may not exactly match the actual material. Please order free samples if an exact match is necessary. Products can not be returned due to dissatisfaction with the color unless color is materially different then a previously ordered sample.
All products are custom fabricated to your specifications and window dimensions. Orders are entered into the factory immediately and therefore no cancellations can be accepted once an order enters production. Production begins within 6 to 24 hours from the time you place your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, call our customer service department immediately and we will do our best to adjust your order. If your order has been put into production, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
If BlindSaver.com or our vendors make a mistake on your order we will repair, alter, or replace the product at no charge to you. If you make a mistake on your order either in measuring, ordering, or product selection please contact us. BlindSaver.com or our vendors can provide repair, alteration, or replacement of products at a discount. Return shipping on all returns is the responsibility of the customer. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Satisfaction Guarantee for further details.
Inspect your order upon receipt. Note any visible damage on bill of lading prior to signing for delivery. Save your shipping carton(s). BlindSaver.com is not responsible for supplying shipping materials, cartons, etc. for warranty or non-warranty issues. All claims, including but not limited to, shortages, shipping damage including concealed damage, and/or products not made to your specifications must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims made to BlindSaver.com within 7 days of receipt of goods entitle you to repair or replacement, as determined by BlindSaver.com, of the goods at no cost to you. Claims made after 7 days may incur charges for repair or replacement of products unless otherwise covered by manufacture warranty.
All products sold by BlindSaver.com are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information for all products is included packaged in all shipments as well as reproduced for you here. Customer shall accept delivery of product. In the event final payment is not made, a service charge of eighteen percent (18%) per annum will be applied to unpaid balances after delivery. Customer agrees to pay cost of collection and legal costs including reasonable attorneys fees incurred.
