Shipping and Sales Tax

BlindSaver.com is pleased to offer free shipping on most orders! Oversized blinds that do not fall within UPS or FedEx shipping guidelines, or that require additional crating and shipping methods, will incur additional freight surcharges. Depending on the product, a $35 to $70 oversized freight surcharge will apply for oversized blinds. Charges are assessed on each shipment group and orders may require more then one surcharge fee applied.

Shutter orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will include additional shipping charges. See details below.

Shipping Rates to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is offered at a flat rate of $30 to $50 (depending on brand) for each window treatment. An additional surcharge, listed in the section above, will be applied for oversized shipments. Additional shipping costs will be applied for shutter orders. All shipping fees are calculated at time of order and provided during the checkout process.

Canadian and International Shipping

For Canadian customers please visit our sister site BlindSaver.ca. Unfortunately at this time BlindSaver.com does not ship orders outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Carriers

BlindSaver.com products are shipped UPS or FedEx ground in most instances. Larger blind sizes, typically over 96 inches in width, must be shipped common carrier in most cases. Common carrier shipments typically require 7-14 days for delivery. Expedited shipping, including 2nd day and overnight air, is available and can be applied at checkout. Additional rates apply.

Production and Shipping Times

All products are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. Manufacturing time averages 5 business days for most manufacturers but may vary between products. Estimated shipment dates are available through our customer service department. Shipping time is standard 5 day ground.

Products are made at a variety of manufacturing facilities. For this reason, each product type is shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Sales Tax Information

If you are making your purchase for delivery outside of Colorado, BlindSaver.com does not collect any sales tax. For Colorado residents, BlindSaver.com collects a 4.1% state sales tax.
