Warranties cover replacement or repair of blinds, as outlined in each policy, and are not grounds for cancellation of order(s). Manufactures warranty's unfortunately do not cover return shipping past the first 30-90 days and require the customer cover these costs themselves. The BlindSaver.com 3-year Extended Warranty reimburses all standard ground shipping to and from the manufacture on any warranty repair for 3 years after the purchase date eliminating any out of pocket expense.
