Manufactures warranty's unfortunately do not cover return shipping past the first 30-90 days and require the customer cover these costs themselves. The BlindSaver.com 3-year Extended Warranty reiumburses all standard ground shipping to and from the manufacture on any warranty repair for 3 years after the purchase date eliminating any out of pocket expense.
Please note:
Warranty is extended only to original purchaser and is only applicable to normal warrantable repairs provided by manufacture. Warranty coverage began March 2008.
Standard ground shipping with UPS or FedEx will be covered from customer back to manufacture for all warranty repairs covered under manufactures warranty. Packing materials, additional fees, and expedited shipping will be at customer's expense.
Exlusions include: Oversized products and products beyond manufacturer recommend sizes, contract orders, and orders outside the lower 48 United States.
All products sold by BlindSaver.com are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Most manufactures include a limited-lifetime warranty with their product. Please make sure to review your specific product warranty before requesting warranty service. Warranty information for all products is included packaged in your shipments. By request a copy of the manufactures' warranty can be sent by email or mail. Warranties cover replacement or repair of blinds, as outlined in each policy, and are not grounds for cancellation of order(s).
