Wood is kiln-dried to meet exact specifications; ensures slat and vane stability. Quality, defect free surfaces result from unique molding and sanding processes. Our certified color technicians inspect wood finishes in a climate-controlled setting. 2 1/2" Northern Heights Shutter Style Wood Blinds feature extra-large, beveled slats for the elegant look of a shutter and a superior view to the outside when open.

Options and Upgrades

Standard Controls

The standard control system uses a lift cord and cord lock to raise and lower the blind. The slats are tilted open and closed with the choice of a cord or wand (when available).

Radio Frequency Motorized Tilt

Convenient tilt operation. Remote operates easily with the simple push of a button, or can be programmed to tilt blinds open and closed automatically based on outside light conditions. Tilts blinds only; does not raise blinds. NOTE: Multiple blinds on a single headrail will operate together with one motor.

Cordless Lift Option

Cordless lift helps reduce dangling cord hazards in homes with children and pets while still providing the convenient operation of cord tilt. The cordless lift system also provides a cleaner, more orderly appearance.

Standard Tassel

Standard wood tassels are color coordinated to your blind.

Flaired Tassel

2-1/4" long, genuine hardwood tassel painted or stained to match the color of the blind.

Brass Tassel

1" exclusive antique brass tassels ideal with medium and dark stains and paints.

Trapezoid Bottomrail

Unique, contemporary design provides tighter closure at the bottom of your blinds.

NoHoles Privacy Feature

Provides maximum privacy and light control. Patented design eliminates visible rout holes for a clean, sleek appearance.

1 1/2" Solid Tapes

Choose patterned or solid cloth tapes to add a decorative accent to your blinds. Cloth tapes also increase privacy and light control by covering route holes.

Premium Traditional Valance

Add a decorative touch with the Traditional Valance. Available on Northern Heights Ash wood and 2-3/8" blinds at no charge.

5 1/2" Regal Wood Cornice

The magnificent Regal wood cornice is available in stained or painted finishes and crowns your Roman Shades with style and sophistication. Outside Mount cornices include a dust cover to conceal the top of the shade. Standard Return length is 3 3/4" but you may specify additional return lengths in your order. Cornices measuring over 92 3/16" will be spliced **Please note for Inside mount shades, cornices do not have a dust cover and returns are not available.**

7 1/2" Regal Wood Cornice
