Insulating Cellular Blinds combines the superior insulation and energy saving qualities of cellular shades with the total light control of blinds. The innovative fully functional fabric vanes compress to offer a clear view and expand to 1" cells to provide significant insulation for year round energy efficiency. The vanes block drafts in the winter and are white to the outside to reflect the heat of the sun rays from your home in the summer. A single continuous cord loop raises and lowers the blinds as well as opens and closes the vanes. The cord loop always stays the same length no matter if the blind is open or closed.
