If for some reason we are unable to correct the problem we will setup a return and provide you with an exchange or full refund of the product price.
Products cannot be returned for refund due to measuring mistake, or due to dissatisfaction with the color, quality or texture of the material unless you first ordered samples and your product is materially different from the color sample you received. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and process fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is customer responsibility unless otherwise covered by the PerfectFit™ For You replacement guarantee, there was shipping damage, or we made a mistake. Shutter orders, dealer and bulk contractor orders are excluded from Satisfaction Guarantee. Professional installation, reinstallation and measuring services are not covered.
