3. To check rebate status, consumers may call 1-888-588-6534 or go to www.levolor.com/14days.
4. Only Levolor Custom Order Real Wood, Faux Wood, Cellular, Vertical, Soft Vertical, Metal Blinds, Panel Track, Roller, Roman and Natural Shades that are late are eligible for the refund (minus applicable taxes).
5. Refund will arrive 4 -6 weeks after Levolor receives the completed form and proof of purchase.

*If your custom Levolor blind(s)/shade(s) does not arrive at the address on the order (store or home) within 14 days of the confirmed order with Levolor, the late blind(s) is free (based on the 1st attempt of delivery). The 14 day time period begins when Levolor receives confirmed order - please allow 2 business days from date of purchase for order processing. 14 day period does not include BlindSaver order processing time and refund will not be provided due to delay in BlindSaver order processing.
