The 14 day time period begins when Levolor receives confirmed order - please allow 2 business days from date of purchase for order processing. 14 day period does not include BlindSaver order processing time and refund will not be provided due to delay in BlindSaver order processing. Levolor is not responsible for consumers not being contacted when their order arrives or holiday interruption of carrier's delivery. 14 Days does not include installation time.
