Can I return my blind or shade after it's delivered?

Follow our easy to use measuring instructions to ensure your product will fit, and order free color swatches so that you have the most accurate representation of color, texture, and opacity in your room. Since these are custom products, we do not issue refunds; however, we've got you covered with free exchanges under our Perfect Fit Guarantee or a new order discount under our Satisfaction Guarantee. What are the production times for my custom window covering?

Production times differ by product and manufacturer. For details on production times, visit the specific product page. Please note, the production time does not include shipping. Ship times vary from 2 to 7 days.

What is my warranty coverage?

Warranties are held by the manufacturer and the coverage and timeline can vary between manufactures and warranty issues. Specific warranty information will be included with your order, but you are welcome to contact customer service for more information at 877-315-2034.

Is shipping always free?

If your order ships via FedEx Ground, shipping is free of charge. Over sized products shipped via freight companies may incur additional charges.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We sure do! Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii vary by manufacturer and size of the blind or shade. At this time, Levolor does not include a surcharge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

I live in Canada, can I purchase from you?

Our sister website,, offers many of the same products we offer on, but pricing is in Canadian dollars. Custom fees are included in the price. If your order ships via FedEx Ground, shipping is free of charge. Over sized products shipped via freight companies may incur additional charges.

How soon after ordering will my blinds arrive?

The custom blinds you are ordering are fabricated to your exact specifications in the manufacturer's factory. Production times are notated on the product page for each product. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note that custom orders are subject to delay for material availability, so keep an eye on your email inbox for updates regarding your order.
